Internal Requisitions and Multiple Transfers from Several Locations

For hotels and other businesses with multiple storage facilities, you may need to do requisitions and transfer products between kitchens, bars, and other inventory locations. You can do this easily in EGS F&B Control, as it lets you create different outlets and storage locations. You can keep track of inventory transactions and print out inventory status and variance reports per location or outlet. For hotels, you will be able to keep track of actual and ideal food costs for each restaurant outlet.

The system facilitates transfer of products from one location to another, which is useful for internal issuances. For example the production or kitchen area needs ingredients to prepare meals, the warehouse can use the transfer facility to transfer products requested by the production department.
