Network Administration
After the installation has been completed, the centralized SQL Server database will include one user (only 1) with Administrator rights. This user will be known as the Administrator, and will be in charge of managing all other program users.
The Administrator can create user accounts with passwords, and assign all the rights and functions per user.
Through user accounts with different access levels and password protection, the Administrator can limit the access of certain parts and functions of the program. (Example: Only the purchaser can create purchase orders, only the receiving clerk can enter delivery receipts, etc.)
Since all purchasing, receiving, and inventory transactions are recorded per user account, you can easily track down the person responsible for any anomalous transactions.
The number of users that can be created varies on the number of licenses that you purchase.
