Can EGS F&B Control create inventory reports?
With EGS F&B Control, you can easily take an actual inventory of items by storeroom or outlet, and compare it to the ideal inventory so you could also track down variances per item. Then you can print out Inventory Sheets and Inventory Reports.

Can EGS F&B Control create purchase orders?
Purchase orders can easily be created from requisitions, making the purchasing manager's work very simple.

Purchase orders can even be sent automatically by e-mail or fax, with predefined templates and receipt confirmations.

Can EGS F&B Control handle multi-networks?
EGS F&B Control was specially designed for a large number of concurrent users in a network environment. Multiple computer workstations in a network can simultaneously access the main database anytime. This allows you to set up EGS F&B Control in different departments and have them work together at the same time.

However at the moment, EGS F&B Control can handle only one network in a single building. It is not applicable for multi-sites or multiple branches from different countries or locations. See EGS CALCMENU Web 2009 for use in a multiple sites configuration.

Can EGS F&B Control coordinate with my accounting software?
Yes. Actually, you can link your EGS F&B Control to numerous applications such as POS, EGS CALCMENU Enterprise 2009, Pocket PCs and Accounting.

EGS F&B Control can export invoice and purchase order details to accounting systems. Account codes can be defined for each inventory item and product category.

Please contact us to verify compatibility with your Accounting system.
